At Isle of Dogs Design we are committed to designing beautiful furniture using natural materials and crafted with the highest quality craftsmanship to give you years of enjoyment. That's why we offer a 5 year guarantee on all our furniture.

This guarantee supplements your statutory right of complaint and also offers you exclusive, extended customer service.

What is covered by the warranty?

Our guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects in all furniture from our ranges. Should such a defect occur during the guarantee period, we will either repair the damage or exchange the product.

How long is the warranty valid?

The guarantee is valid for 5 years from the date of delivery of the product. It can be claimed at the original place of sale. To claim the guarantee, you must present the proof of purchase and the guarantee conditions. Any faults or defects must be reported to us within a reasonable time after they are discovered.

What is not covered by the warranty?

1. Normal wear and tear: cuts, scratches or damage caused by improper use, accidents or external influences, as well as discoloration.

2. Inflicted damage: Damage and discoloration due to inadequate or incorrect care according to our care instructions.

3. Improper storage: Damage caused by improper storage, assembly or use, as well as by high temperature fluctuations, direct sunlight or unsuitable environments such as outdoor areas or bathrooms.

4. Replacement products: The guarantee is void for products that have been replaced under the guarantee. The new goods are only subject to the general right of complaint.

What do we do to fix the error?

When a fault is reported, we will examine it carefully and determine whether it is covered by the warranty. If so, the product will either be repaired or replaced. Isle of Dogs Design will cover the cost of repair or replacement and, if applicable, the cost of shipping within the original delivery country. If the product is no longer available, we will select a suitable replacement product for you. Repairs will be carried out either by us or an authorized partner. Please note that no discounts or additional compensation are given under the warranty.
